Your "Better" 2020

Many of us operate in this anxiety of distraction on a daily basis.
Constantly worried to miss out on "happiness", without fully understanding what it means.
Afraid to miss something, something "better".
We forget that the definition of "better" is up to us.
We decide what makes us happy, content, and is good enough.
No one else determines what happiness is for you.
So 2020 is the year when you define your "better".
Figure out what makes You the happiest and be specific.
Whether it's travel (where and how often?),
money (how much and what would you use it for?),
a dream relationship (what qualities are you looking for and what qualities do you need to develop to attract that person?),
or a job (what does your day-to-day look like?).
There can be more points and questions, but it's time to figure out what "better" means to you.
