Claudio Romano is the Founder & CEO of Orchid B, the first end-to-end back-office platform for the self-employed and SMEs. Claudio started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London and then moved into management consulting, working for companies such as Accenture and Deloitte in Paris and Zurich. He is specialized in strategic planning and delivering major transformation programmes, including technology and M&A.
Between 2012 and 2014, Claudio built and managed three commercial digital businesses at FIFA and then joined UBS to help build a global internal consulting practice. Before founding Orchid B, Claudio founded and operated his own boutique consulting firm.
